Where we ship

Anywhere in Australia. We don't ship overseas.

What it costs

Free to metro postcodes in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin and Canberra, on every order. At checkout it shows as Local delivery. Everywhere else in Australia, shipping is A$20 an order. You see the price at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Once your order ships, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Regional and remote addresses can take longer.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't moved in five business days, email admin@jpggroup.com.au and we'll chase it.

Wrong address

We can change an address before your order ships. Email us straight away with your order number.

Lost or damaged

Tell us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll replace it or refund it.
