What you're signing up for

One box of nappies a month for A$114.75, at every size. The number of nappies in the box changes as bub grows, so a box always lasts the month.

Billing

Your card is charged when each month's order is created.

Skip, resize or cancel

Skip a month, change size or cancel any time before your next order is charged. Email admin@jpggroup.com.au with your order number. There's no minimum term, no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops every future order. It doesn't refund an order that has already been charged and shipped. If an order has been charged but hasn't shipped, tell us and we'll cancel it and refund it.

Refunds

Refunds on subscription orders follow the refund policy, including the first box leak promise.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
